What this site knows about you
Short version: nothing at all, unless you type an email address into the form yourself.

Who this covers
This page covers ballquest.com. The separate app privacy page explains player profiles, training data, club tools and videos.
Cookies and tracking
There are none. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no advertising or social scripts, and loads no fonts or files from anyone else’s server. That is also why there is no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
The waitlist
If you submit the form, this is stored:
- your email address;
- which language you were reading the site in;
- which page you signed up from;
- a record of what you agreed to, and when.
Your address is used for a confirmation link and a launch announcement. Our email provider, Buttondown, handles confirmation and delivery on our behalf. We do not sell your address or use it for advertising. You can unsubscribe or write to us to withdraw your consent.
The signup record is stored in Google Firebase and synchronised to Buttondown for email delivery. A server handles signups; the browser has no direct access to the list. Contact us if you want your signup deleted.
Server logs
The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting, which — like every web host — records requests, including IP addresses, for a limited period to keep the service running and to stop abuse. We do not use those logs to build a picture of you.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or withdraw your consent. One email does all of it, and there is no form to fill in: hello@ballquest.com.
If you are in the EU and think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority — in Denmark that is Datatilsynet.
Children
The waitlist is meant for adults. Please don’t sign up a child’s address; if one reaches us, we will delete it rather than write to it.
When this changes
Any change shows up here with a new date at the top. If something meaningful changes for people already on the waitlist, that is what the one email is for.
