OUR FOOTBALL PHILOSOPHY

See the game. Choose a solution. Play.

Inspired by Johan Cruyff, Horst Wein and Barcelona’s playing philosophy. Many touches, small-sided games, intelligent movement and the courage to try. We develop decision-making alongside technique, rather than selecting for size and strength.

At home: master the ball. At the club: find space, offer support and solve problems together. The adult asks questions and adapts the challenge, so the children discover the answers.

For coaches

A clear plan. A pitch ready to play.

Build three- or four-week programmes around a theme. Organise groups, keep stations in place and take a clear session plan onto the pitch. Adjust exercises before training begins.
